Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most credit & debit cards as well as Paypal. Machine spare parts are charged at the time of purchase because these are normally a special order from the manufacturer. If you do not wish to pay online, you may call us with your card information.
Please make sure that you card registered address is entered in to the card / invoice address section of the checkout, and not the delivery address, this will cause the transaction to decline.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an official VAT invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Our shipping & handling rates are based on the current Royal Mail charges relevant at the time of your purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: All lawn tractors & large chippers / shredders will have a £50 delivery supplement added due to the bulk of the item, All large items over 20kg will have a £15 supplement added. This includes but not limited to "Radial Arm Saws" & "Flipover Saws" All electric lawnmowers have a £5 supplement while all petrol lawnmowers & accessories will have a £7.50 supplement added. All other garden equipment will have a £3.50 supplement added.
All petrol engine machines are shipped to you "DRY" which means that no oil or fuel is present in the machine,This is for health & safety reasons and because the carrier will not handle these items.
Spare parts will be shipped next day if we have them in stock or if not we will notify you of any delay from the manufacturer.

Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday (Not including bank holidays)

The "Standard Post" shipping options do not include insurance of any kind, but will be subject to Royal Mail standard conditions of carriage, which do cover a basic level of loss or damage.
If however you choose the "Royal Mail Signed For" shipping options they will provide cover for loss in transit & damage of any kind up to the value of £50.00, It also provides a facility to prove delivery. All claims for damages must be made in writing within 72 hours of receipt, any claims for loss will not be entered into by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed.
All shipping & packing charges exclude VAT which will be added at the current rate at the time of order.

If you wish to collect your item/s in person please contact us after making your purchase so that we can refund the postage charges made during the checkout process, this must be done within 24 hours of placing your order, or if placed over a weekend or bank holiday at the next available working day, this is to ensure that we do not send the item/s before you contact us.

Delivery Schedule

Most orders to UK (Including Northern Ireland) sent using 1st class delivery methods will arrive in approx 1 working day, 2nd class delivery methods will arrive usually in around 1-3 working days. Spare parts may take longer . We will contact you by your preffered method of contact if there is to be any delay from the manufacturer.
Due to the vast number of parts on this site we cannot carry each one in stock at all times, so a delay is sometimes to be expected on parts orders.

Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by Royal Mail using recorded delivery is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
All non recorded deliveries will be treated as delivered unless we are notified within 7 days from the date of shipping.

Notification for all orders shipped will be sent via your chosen contact method at the time of shipping.

In the case of damages in transit you must put in wiriting any claim/s within 72 hours of receipt of your item/s.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, unless you tell us at the time of placing your order that you do not wish for a back order to be made.
Please note that we DO NOT keep all of the parts in stock that are shown on this website.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added, unless you reside in europe (outside of mainland UK) and have a valid EU vat number which you must provide at the time of placing your order.
VAT at the prevailing rate will be charged on all shipping charges, this is in line with the UK government and HMRC rules.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption, rest assured that your credit card security is our top priority & our payment processing system is 100% PCI DSS compliant to provide the highest level of security for processing transactions.
They are not held in clear text on any web site, we do not have access to your credit card numbers as these are processed by our card processing company & not by any other means.
We use Sellerdeck Secure Payments (formerly Actinic Payments) (Creditcall) because they are one of the industries leading secure payment providers, we also use PayPal website payments as an alternative secure method for those who prefer to shop without using a credit or debit card.

We guarantee your satisfaction with our service and quality products, we always strive to supply genuine original quality parts, parts that are purchased and fitted yourself do not carry any warranty whatsoever unless fitted by a approved service centre, this also applies to static sensitive products that are fitted by unqaulified persons due to the sensitive nature of the component. All power tools & garden machinery will be supplied with at least 12 months warranty & will be supplied with the manufacturers safety instructions, and it is your responsibility to read and fully understand the machines safe operation.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, NOT including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Goods ordered in error are not subject to the order cancellation within the 7 day period nor will they be eligible for a full refund, but if returned will be subject to our re-stocking fee (see below) and will only be accepted for return at our discretion.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

We do however operate a re-stocking fee policy which is chargeable at 20% if however the part/s were a special order that is non returnable we will notify you upon placing your order with us.

Any parts that are returned "Faulty" will be inspected & tested upon receipt by our workshop engineers, if any part is deemed to have been installed incorrectly or damaged due to mis-use they will not be replaced or refunded, if however the "Fault" is due to manufacture issues then we will happily replace or refund the item/s in question.
Any part/s that is "ESD" Electro-Static Discharge sensitive will be supplied in protective packaging, this is sometimes a silver plastic foil type bag and a yellow triangle sticker will be affixed to it indicating this, when this is the case you MUST provide the relevant ESD protection when installing the part/s or damage will occur, if you are in any doubt please seek professional advice.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
